Roles, training, and adoption. A system nobody uses is a failed project.
For established companies that need results from technology, with someone accountable for them. Our promise is a result worth three times what you invest with us. The method: find where cash, time, or margin is getting stuck, build the plan, execute it with our own team, and report against the number until it holds.
Modernization projects usually start with a system and then look for a reason. We start with the line that hurts (days to collect, cost to serve, order-to-cash cycle, hours lost to manual work) and choose the technology from there. Sometimes the answer is an ERP. Sometimes it's a process change and two agents. Either way, we're accountable for the number moving.
We map the process end to end and write down the number as it is today, from your own data.
Initiatives ranked by impact on that number, each with an owner, a date, and a definition of done. You see the full plan before we execute any of it.
Our team runs the work across the four levers below. One partner is accountable for all of it.
A shared dashboard against the baseline, reviewed on a fixed cadence. When the number holds, the engagement ends. When it doesn't, we keep going.

Redesign before automation. We don't digitize a broken step.
ERP (Odoo), CRM, integrations, custom software, only where the plan calls for them.
AI agents on repetitive, high-volume work: collections follow-up, document handling, monitoring, reporting. Built on the KAI Vault so they read your actual data.
The Operational Diagnostic is a fixed-price, two-week engagement. You get your baseline, a ranked list of bottlenecks with the money attached to each, and a plan with owners and dates, built to return three times what it costs. If we go on to execute it, the diagnostic fee is credited. If we don't, the plan is yours.

Four outcome buckets that evolve with your enterprise: sustainable efficiency and innovation, not one-off fixes.

Quality-control data on automotive production lines lived on paper and in spreadsheets. We built the mobile capture and KPI layer the line now runs on.

A growing franchise network with CRM, service, and inventory in separate systems. We built the operating platform they use to add franchises.

Operational and financial systems had grown separately in a regulated industry. We built one secure access layer over ERP, CRM, and finance data: what took days is now real time.
FAQ
Your baseline, measured from your own data; a ranked list of bottlenecks with the money attached to each; and a plan with owners, dates, and the number each initiative should move. It takes two weeks at a fixed price. If we go on to execute the plan, the diagnostic fee is credited.
No. We choose the technology after we've measured the baseline. Sometimes the answer is a new ERP, sometimes a process change and a few automations on the systems you already have. When a new ERP is the right answer, we implement Odoo as an Odoo partner.
Before any work starts, we pick the line with you (days to collect, cost to serve, cycle time, margin) and agree how it's measured, usually with your finance team. Every initiative in the plan names the line it's meant to move, and we report against it on a shared dashboard.
The result we deliver should be worth at least three times what you invest with us. We measure it on the P&L line we agree at the start, against the baseline from the diagnostic, and report on it on a fixed schedule. The method doesn't change: find the bottleneck, build the plan, execute it, and hold the number.
We keep working at no extra fee until the target is met, within the terms and against the baseline we agreed at the start.
Against milestones. Every payment, including project closure, is tied to a milestone we agreed up front.
At least one hour a week with a project champion for regular checkpoints. If we need time from other people on your team, we ask in advance.
Yes. We work alongside your IT team and existing vendors. Our role is to own the result across all of them, so you have one accountable partner instead of several.
Six months is typical. The engagement ends when the number holds at the new level, not when a system goes live.
Two weeks after the contract is signed.
Tell us the number you want to move: a launch date, a cost, a cycle time, a cash position. We'll come back with a baseline, a plan, and what we'd be accountable for.
