Senior product teams in your time zone, accountable for what ships.

For US product companies that need to ship faster without adding management overhead. Product and engineering teams that work inside your process, in your hours, and commit to milestones and time to market rather than to hours billed.

Judgment you can hold accountable.

Knowing what to build, what to leave out, and how to ship it without breaking production is what moves a product. That takes senior judgment and someone who answers for the result. Our teams bring both: they make product calls with you, commit to milestones and time to market, and stay with you when something goes wrong. AI speeds up how we build, and we price on what ships, not on seats or hours.

How an embedded team starts, and how it stays.

  1. 01

    Baseline

We take your roadmap, your current release cadence, and your backlog, and agree the numbers we're accountable for before anyone writes code.

  2. 02

    The team

A product lead plus the engineers the roadmap needs, senior by default, working Central, Mountain, or Pacific hours. They join your rituals, your tools, and your repos. You get one accountable counterpart.

  3. 03

    Milestones

Work is committed as roadmap milestones with dates and definitions of done. AI-augmented delivery inside the team; outcomes on the contract.

  4. 04

    Co-innovation

After the first milestones, the team knows your product and customers well enough to propose as well as execute: joint roadmaps, shared bets, multi-year relationships.

The numbers on the contract.

Time to market
Milestone dates, agreed up front.
Release cadence
Agreed with your leadership up front and reported every sprint.
Quality
Incident and rollback targets, reported monthly.
Continuity
Named team. If someone leaves, we replace them within two to three weeks, and knowledge stays with your product.

Per milestone, or per team with outcome targets. Payments are tied to milestones, never hours. Contract with Kirana Labs LLC (US) or Kirana Consulting SAPI de CV (Mexico).

Why the team is in Monterrey.

A two-hour flight from Texas, the same working day as the US, and one of the deepest engineering talent pools in Latin America. Our delivery center is in Monterrey, with people across eight cities in Mexico. Our US entity handles contracting and compliance. Nearshore in the practical sense: same hours, short flights, one legal counterpart in the US.

Teams we've embedded.

Questions product leaders ask us.

How is this different from staff augmentation?

Staff augmentation sells hours of named people and leaves the outcome with you. We commit to KPIs agreed with your leadership, and every team includes a product lead who answers for them.

How do you price it?

We agree the KPIs with your leadership, estimate the team capacity needed to hit them, and review both periodically. Payments are tied to milestones. We don't bill by the hour.

Which time zones do you work in?

Our working day overlaps fully with US Central and Mountain time and most of Pacific. Teams join your standups, planning, and reviews live.

Who do we contract with?

Whichever suits you: Kirana Labs LLC, our US entity, or Kirana Consulting SAPI de CV in Mexico. The team works from Monterrey and across Mexico.

How quickly can a team start?

Two weeks after the contract is signed.

Who owns the code?

You do, always. It's in the contract.

How do you use AI in delivery?

Throughout the workflow: writing and reviewing code, tests, documentation, and research. We're Anthropic and OpenAI partners and pick the model for each task on price and output quality. Our engineers review everything that ships.

What happens if someone on the team leaves?

We replace them within two to three weeks.

Can we scale the team up or down?

Yes, with two to three weeks' notice.
