Construction, despite its scale and impact, remains one of the least digitized industries. The selection of general contractors for large projects is still manual, slow, and disjointed, relying on word-of-mouth networks and outdated processes.

Axioma envisioned a seamless, technology-driven ecosystem where CM firms and general contractors could connect, collaborate, and compete without the inefficiencies of traditional methods. Their goal was to create Latin America's most exclusive general contractor network, where only top-tier builders would gain access to high-value projects.

To turn this idea into reality, Axioma needed a digital-first solution—one that streamlined contractor selection, project visibility, and bidding workflows while maintaining the rigor and exclusivity expected in high-stakes real estate.

The Build-r Platform

Axioma partnered with Kirana Labs to create Build-r, a bespoke digital platform designed specifically for the construction sector. Build-r transforms the contractor selection process, allowing CM firms to curate, engage, and vet general contractors through a structured, interactive system.
